Etnoland Dalmati is the first theme park of its kind in Croatia, which opened its doors for the first time in May 2007.
It is located in middle Dalmatia, only 10 minutes away from NP Krka, more precisely in Pakovo Selo (15 km away from Šibenik). With an area of total 15 000 m² and a capacity for 670 people (summer restaurant = 500 people, winter restaurant = 170 people), throughout the whole year, we offer our visitors the possibility to meet and fully experience the life of Dalmatian Zagora in the past by getting them acquainted with the customs, tradition and way of life of this region. This undoubtedly makes the park a unique one.
The complex is comprised of an old Dalmatian house, 'pritorak' for animals, 'guvno' place, old handcrafts, unique area for shows – 'kolarište' arena, restaurant and souvenir shop – small Dalmatian market.
In addition to the above mentioned, Etnoland offers its visitors a garden full with authentic spices and vegetables, as well as a 'pritorak 'place for keeping animals (e.g. sheep, goats, chickens, donkeys).
Within ETNOLAND complex in Pakovo selo, there is also the 1st CROATIAN MUSEUM OF SMOKED HAM, which presents the authentic Dalmatian product.
With a short film, the hosts show the traditional way of producing smoked hams, and the education continues with the exhibition. The guests are acquinated with the importance of this microclimate, influence of the winds and yeast, and at the and with a glass of good domestic wine they can taste different smoked hams but also evaluate the quality and difference in tastes.
In order not the forget the tastes, at their disposal stands a small souvenir shop for all those who want to carry this experience back home with them, as well as to share it with those who haven't tried it yet.
Apart from guided tours, lunches, dinners and folklore shows, ETNOLAND Dalmati is an ideal destination for team buildings, promotions, and all other types of group arrivals.
The hosts invite you to come as visitors and leave as friends!
