AUTUMN WINE ENJOYMENT - VINTAGE HARVEST
Our excursion into the wine valley begins after breakfast. First there is a city tour through Novi Vinodolski, then on to the wine valley. After a brief introduction, our grape harvest will begin there: so, roll up our sleeves and off we go: "armed" with the scissors, we will free the vines from the grapes.
After work you deserve a refreshment, a delicious lunch and, of course, the wine.
Excursion description Grape harvest: welcome with schnapps and music, figs, olive oil, bread, sausage, bacon and prosiutto. Guided grape harvest with animation program, visit to the wine cellar and explanation of wine production as well as guided wine tasting. Walk through the dreamy setting in the middle of the vineyards with grape harvest, followed by a delicious lunch, a specialty of the hosts - the famous “Čobanac” (strong goulash soup made from the best meat), prepared and cooked in front of the guests. This food is traditionally cooked during the grape harvest to strengthen it - so every job is much easier. Wine and water included. Before leaving, each guest receives a bottle of wine as a farewell present.
