Wine and olive cultivation are blooming here, as are orchards and vegetable gardens everywhere. Over 30 villages and hamlets populate this paradise - the smallest hamlet has only 17 inhabitants. And they are all part of the large municipality of Konavle - bordering the sea to the west and south, Bosnia-Herzegovina to the north, and Montenegro to the east. The world is over on the Prevlaka peninsula with the headland “Oštri Rat” (sharp horn).
Our paradise at the end of the Croatian world is right down in the southeast ... our destination on this trip is not only Dubrovnik, our destination is Cavtat, the center of the Konavle municipality, 15 km further southeast. The Greeks once founded it as "Epidauros" - a typical Dalmatian coastal town that magically attracts visitors from all over the world with the magic of its romantic alleys and a pretty harbor promenade.

Dubrovnik - Pearl of the Adriatic - is a fascinating, colorful city. The elegant gray of the city walls and palaces, the green belt around the old town, the brightly colored crowds of tourists - all of this belongs to Dubrovnik.
