One reason to drive along the Istrian wine routes is not a trip just for wine lovers. Wonderful landscape, numerous delicacies, small villages with centuries-old culture and tradition, friendly hosts invite you to a trip to Istria for every taste. Depending on the season, we will also show you young asparagus, air-dried ham, fish salads with olives and many other specialties that go well with wine.Choose your desired wine route from four Istrian routes, or combine two wine routes together!We'll put together a nice trip for you!
The first wine route, the most famous in Istria, is the beautiful one in the north-western part, with the area around Buje. The second runs near Poreč. Take the third wine route into central Istria (Buzet and Pazin) or enjoy the wine route and excursions closer to the sea - Rovinj and Vodnjan.

DAY 1: Arrival. Welcome drink in the hotel with our tour guide

DAY 2: Guided tour of Poreč / Novigrad / Umag / Labin / Pula depending on the choice of hotel
After the city tour and free time (a detailed description of the city will follow depending on the selected wine route), enjoy a panoramic drive along the selected wine route. Afterwards a wine tasting awaits us in one of the most famous wine cellars in Istria with a small local snack. We get to know the well-known types of wine from the manufacturer, such as Istrian white wine Malvazija, red wine Teran and dessert wine Muscat, which comes from the selected area. So that the trip remains a fond memory, an enjoyable dinner together in an excellent restaurant in Motovun follows. But before we do a tour of the dreamy town with the tour guide. Return to the hotel, overnight.

DAY 3: Sample excursion depending on the selected wine route:
We drive to the east coast of Istria, to the popular holiday resort Rabac with the beautiful town of Labin above. There a tour through the old town awaits us, which offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Rabac. In an autochthonous, family-run tavern, a tasting of the local types of wine and cheese awaits us, because this should not be missing. The day is far from over here, however, as the end of this beautiful trip, a visit to a traditional Istrian family awaits us, who awaits us with a homemade welcome drink. You will get to know the life of a hard-working, Istrian family who made everything that we visit today with their own hands. Istria is also called the “land of hardworking people and good wines”. With the family we have the opportunity to look at a typical Istrian "konoba" and a traditional lunch awaits us. Depending on the choice of the wine route, we will visit Rovinj or Poreč, as well as Pula or Vodnjan.
