In Crikvenica you will learn everything about the origin of the Roman fort Ad Turres, the settlement and the task of Kotor, who the powerful Frankopan princes were, why Juraj Julije Klović was also called Michelangelo the miniature painter. You will get the answers to these questions if you take a tour of the city of Crikvenica, accompanied by our experienced tour guide. Our day does not end here, however, because after the city tour our captain is waiting for us with his welcome drink and it is: "Ship ahoy!"
We take a panoramic boat trip in the beautiful Kvarner Bay to the opposite island of Krk. When you arrive on the mainland, you have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee in one of the numerous cafés or do you opt for a delicious lunch with a traditional Croatian dish, right by the sea? Decide for yourself and enjoy a wonderful, relaxing day without a bus trip.
DAY 3 and DAY 4: Free time or excursions
Take advantage of your stay in Crikvenica and drive south along one of the most beautiful roads in Europe, the old Adriatic coastal road, through the historic towns of Novi Vinodolski and Senj to the island of love Rab.
